Delivery Times and Costs

We strive to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible, though during holidays, there might be a slight extension in delivery time. If the order was placed over the weekend or on a public holiday, we will begin processing the order on the next business day.

We only ship within England, Scotland, and Wales. On average, delivery takes 2-3 business days after order confirmation. Shipping is free for orders over £50; for orders below this threshold, the cost is £4,99 and will be borne by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us via email at info@atavi.uk within 14 days from the delivery date, providing the reason, order number, the items to be returned, and photos of the damaged or incorrect product. Alternatively, you can communicate this information through your personal account on the atavi.uk website.

When will I receive my refund?

Atavi will inspect the returned product and issue a refund only if it meets the conditions outlined in the above guidelines. Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly on atavi.uk. Regarding refunds, if your purchase was paid with PayPal, you will be refunded to your PayPal account. If you paid with a Credit Card, you will be refunded using the same payment method. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on different payment providers. The refund will be free of charge and will always include the amount of the product or items being returned.

Exceptions

Products must be returned in the original packaging in which they were received, including any accompanying documents such as tags, labels, seals, etc. Products must not be tampered with or rendered unsuitable for resale. If the consumer does not comply with the above conditions, they will not be entitled to the remedies provided, as these sales concern sealed goods that, after delivery, are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons.
