SMOKED VORTICI is part of Atavi’s new short pasta collection, that unlocks intriguingly complex flavours previously concealed in the wheat grain. The Smoked Vortici will provide a toasted, rich and smoky taste, created by 100% durum wheat, nixtamalized* and smoked with vine canes.
